Subrat is Director SPIOL (Srs perfection India (OPC) pvt. Ltd. He has 16 plus year of work experience and he hold a B.tech degree. Before embarking upon the Entrepreneurial journey, he has associated with corporate like Tata Motors Ltd. and Castrol India Ltd. in past.
He has been associate with a national level initiative Jagriti yatra (Building India Through Enterprise ) since 2014. He was selected as delegate in the 'World Governance Expedition " event in Russia organized by Vision India Foundation in the year 2019.

Dr Manas Ranjan Nanda completed his graduation from BJB college, Post Graduation-JNU , New Delhi, PhD -Utkal University and Post Doctorate from IIT Kanpur. Dr Nanda has written articles in Books, Journals of National and International repute and published Book with National and International Publisher. He is good Social Activist.
